Benefits

Firming, toning, promotes release of fluid and fat in abdomen area, internal circulation and stimulation, strengthening of stomach muscles

A paste made from a blend of herbs used to help strengthen and firm stomach muscles from the “inside-out.” This paste reduces retained fluid and fat in the abdominal area by promoting blood flow resulting in the toning loose skin as well as reducing blemishes and dark pigmentation.

Instructions

  1. Apply firming paste by Day 5 for 14 days, in combination with the abdominal wrap.
  2. Add 3 tablespoons of warm water and mix into a smooth paste.
  3. Spread evenly on the stomach and torso area and cover with a white cloth, to prevent the paste from being absorbed by the abdominal wrap.

Note:
Placing a cloth on the stomach after the firming paste is applied is similar to “dressing” a wound, as it will allow the maximum amount of product to be absorbed into the skin and not the abdominal wrap.

For a caesarean birth

  • Use after stitches are removed and incision is given a few days to heal to avoid any irritation. If irritation occurs stop using firming paste immediately, wait a few days and then try again.
  • You may want to consult your doctor before use.

Why is POST-PREGNANCY RECOVERY CARE Important?

FACT: A new mother is nutritionally depleted after almost 10-months of pregnancy and then childbirth. Pregnancy and birth IS a magical time for new mothers. However, in her joy of welcoming a new member to the family, mothers tend to forget that they are integral to the entire process from conception to birth and they tend to neglect their own need to rest and recover after childbirth. Modern maternity care is focused ONLY on prenatal, not post-baby care resulting in POSTNATAL DEPLETION. This type of depletion is directly linked to POSTPARTUM DEPRESSION and effects - energy levels, supply of breast-milk, ability to care for your newborn, patience, thought-pattern, decision-making and general ability to function on a daily basis. Provide your body the nutrients and the natural food in the form of diet, herbs and care it needs. Don’t wait! The only comparison I can think of is like taking care of a car or plants before they break down or whither. If you breakdown there will be much more at stake.
